Unreliable materials?
I could forgive PDPAOLA for the issue of the first ring not being delivered at all as they don’t control the delivery company’s actions, but the second ring just broke after being worn 1 day. The stone fell out and got lost. The material used for this particular ring was just not ideal. I tried contacting PDPAOLA, but unfortunately no reply. I’m not the type that gets angry and I will admit I gave up trying to resolve this issue, but I think it’s fair I give my experience 1 star.

Great jewelry selection and customer service! They have amazing pieces, very good quality and at a very good value. I had to return one of the items as I purchased the wrong one, and received the very efficient and friendly attention from Harry and Luna. They walked me through my options and I received updates at every step of the way. I never felt alone or like I needed to chase them because they were always on top of it. This was so refreshing and rest assured I'll keep purchasing from this place.

Had a great experience with customer service. I had an issue with my bracelet breaking within the guarantee period, and Loredana went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The resolution was handled quickly and was even able to receive a new bracelet in a timely manner.

i asked for a warranty replacement of an earring that didn't close properly and they were extremely kind and sent me a new pair, with no additional costs for me

It was sometimes a little bit confusing regarding what was going on with my order but Loredana was good at answering questions.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, Laura was amazing and on point with everything going over and above for me and making the experience very smooth. Was disappointed in the breaking of the bracelet but so happy with how the service team was on it to do whatever they could to reconcile it.

quick and successful issue solving
I had a problem with one of four items that I ordered online missing in the package, but Harry from staff was really friendly and helpful and resolved the issue quickly. All the items have arrived now and look really nice, the quality and the packages are good and the designs are great. 10x a lot :)

When the order arrived, I realised that I have made a mistake and chose wrong ring size, but I have read that it is possible to exchange the ordered ring for another size. So I did it and with the customer service help and instructions - I have successfully exchanged the ring for another size. It happened fast, considering that I live on the other end of Europe. Special thanks to Laura, from Pdpaola customer service, who helped throughout this process until the end, responded fast to my emails and even did put a small nice note with a gift.
Definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I had my Signature Silver Link earrings for about a year before one of them broke while I was putting it on, so I contacted PDPaola and Laura was super quick and helpful and sent me a new pair straight away. All my jewellery is from PDPaola because I love their style but now I love the brand even more because of their lovely customer service.

I absolutely love the jewellery, you can be assured that they are unique and won’t be found on the high street. I have multiple piercings in my ears and I love the fact that earrings can be bought as a single or pair. The style suits my personal taste and the packaging is simply stunning in my humble opinion.
